2,500 maritime visitors arrive in Quang Ninh The Saigon Travel Service Company (Saigontourist) on January 25 welcomed 2,500 foreign tourists and crew sailing aboard the cruise liner Costa Classica, which docked in Halong City, in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
The slow boat to Phu Quy Island Phu Quy Island, also called Thu or Khoai Islet, is 120km from Phan Thiet City, between the mainland and Truong Sa Archipelago. The island covers 16 square kilometers and has many cultural and religious relics typical of central coast farming communities.

Exhibition of VN artistic works held in France An exhibition of Vietnamese paintings and literature works is taking place in the French southwestern city of Chaniers from January 10-26.
